LOT23 and is a unique, intimate and stunning venue.  Just about every party we’ve hosted has differed from the last so we’re able to tailor a package to suit you. Whether it be an anniversary, birthday, gig, reunion, or team celebration we love to host and look forward to welcoming you and your visitors.

Everything we serve is made in-house by our kitchen. A variety of canape and dinner options are available, alongside our day time cafe menu and counter selection. We have an interesting wine cellar with a good range of NZ and imported wines, along with a number of craft beers. Coffee and a selection of dessert wines, whiskey, brandy, port, tequila and grappa are also available at the bar.

Feel free to call anytime to find out more or to drop in for a tour around the building. If you’re ready to make a booking let us know your preferred dates, start and finish times, number of guests, audio visual requirements, catering and beverage ideas, or let us inspire you!
