LOT23 and is a unique, intimate and stunning venue. Just about every party we’ve hosted has differed from the last so we’re able to tailor a package to suit you. Whether it be an anniversary, birthday, gig, reunion, or team celebration we love to host and look forward to welcoming you and your visitors.
Everything we serve is made in-house by our kitchen. A variety of canape and dinner options are available, alongside our day time cafe menu and counter selection. We have an interesting wine cellar with a good range of NZ and imported wines, along with a number of craft beers. Coffee and a selection of dessert wines, whiskey, brandy, port, tequila and grappa are also available at the bar.

What does it cost?
$600 – Includes the 150m2 studio and the most beautiful sounding PA in Auckland, customised theatre lighting, our gig-rig; staging, fold back, all mics, stands, snakes + 32 track digital desk.
Then its an additional $250 which includes any or all of the following: stage set up, lighting set up, and a live sound engineer / stage tech for sound check after midday, and engineering and recording for the gig itself. We are very happy to record a multi-track recording off the desk if you wish as well.
Details: We have a maximum capacity of 100 people. Liquor License Hours 8am – 10.00pm 7 days (extended hours/special licenses applicable). Studio is available from midday. Cafe and bar available from 3pm.
We can also source/ provide:
$400 – Projector and screen hireage and installation
$150 – Locked off wide shot footage. A permanent record of your event.
$150 – Hazer and LED lighting package
$360 – Basic Pro-Tools Mix and Master of Multi-track recording for release
